Collection: Breast milk

Collect 15–20 ml of milk (breast milk or formula)

Place it in a milk storage bag (freezer safe) or in a tightly sealed vial

Write your name and order number (e.g., #1568)

Put the bag/vial inside a small plastic bag to prevent leaks

Place everything in a padded envelope. Ship to:
